Términos y Condiciones
Estos Términos y Condiciones (los «Términos») regulan el acceso y uso de BoostBot (el «Servicio»), operado por CodeMinds SpA. Al autorizar o usar el Servicio aceptas estos Términos en su totalidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices el Servicio.

1. Descripción del Servicio
BoostBot es una herramienta para canales de Twitch —y, opcionalmente, de Kick— que ofrece, entre otras funciones: shoutouts con clips, creación de clips, un overlay personalizable para OBS, seguimiento de seguidores, historial y estadísticas de chat, comandos personalizados, mensajes automáticos, moderación, notificaciones y un panel de control web. Algunas funciones son gratuitas y otras requieren apoyo (ver sección 4).
2. Cuenta y requisitos
- Para usar el Servicio debes autorizar tu cuenta de Twitch y cumplir su edad mínima y sus condiciones de servicio.
- Eres responsable de la actividad realizada a través de tu cuenta y de mantener seguras tus credenciales.
- Debes cumplir las normas de Twitch, Kick, Discord, Spotify y demás plataformas que integres.
3. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no:
- Usar el Servicio para acosar, difamar, suplantar identidades o publicar contenido ilegal u ofensivo.
- Enviar spam, abusar de los comandos o intentar sobrecargar, vulnerar o eludir las medidas de seguridad o los límites del Servicio.
- Acceder a datos de otros usuarios o canales sin autorización.
- Utilizar el Servicio para infringir derechos de terceros o las condiciones de las plataformas integradas.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, revender o redistribuir el Servicio sin permiso.
4. Apoyo y funciones PRO
- Determinadas funciones («PRO») se habilitan mediante planes de pago por período (1, 3, 6 o 12 meses) contratados a través de PayPal.
- Los planes son suscripciones con renovación automática: al final de cada período, PayPal cobra el siguiente. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde tu cuenta de PayPal; en tal caso no se realizan más cobros y el acceso PRO permanece activo hasta el final del período ya pagado.
- Cada pago extiende la vigencia del PRO según el plan elegido. Los pagos de apoyo sin plan equivalen a 1 mes de PRO por cada US$2.50 aportados.
- Cuentas fundadoras: quienes apoyaron el proyecto antes de la introducción de los planes conservan su acceso PRO sin fecha de vencimiento.
- Salvo que la ley aplicable exija lo contrario, los pagos no son reembolsables. El procesamiento del pago se realiza por PayPal según sus propios términos.
- Podemos modificar qué funciones se incluyen en PRO y los precios de los planes, avisando cuando sea razonable; los cambios de precio no afectan períodos ya pagados.
5. Servicios de terceros
El Servicio se integra con plataformas de terceros (Twitch, Kick, Spotify, Discord, PayPal, entre otros). No somos responsables de la disponibilidad, cambios, errores o políticas de dichas plataformas. Su uso queda sujeto a sus respectivos términos.
6. Propiedad intelectual
El software, el código, el diseño del panel y la marca «BoostBot» pertenecen a CodeMinds SpA y están protegidos por la ley. No se te concede ningún derecho sobre ellos más allá del uso del Servicio conforme a estos Términos. El contenido que se muestra a través del Servicio (por ejemplo, clips, nombres de canal o categorías de juego) pertenece a sus respectivos titulares.
7. Marcas y skins del overlay
Los estilos visuales («skins») del overlay están inspirados en estéticas generales y no implican afiliación, patrocinio ni respaldo de ninguna marca, juego, estudio o franquicia. Twitch, Kick y las marcas de juegos mencionadas pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares. Eres responsable del contenido y de las marcas que muestres en tu transmisión.
8. Disponibilidad y versión beta
El Servicio puede encontrarse en fase beta y ofrecerse «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». Podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar funciones en cualquier momento. Realizamos esfuerzos razonables para mantener la continuidad, pero no garantizamos un funcionamiento ininterrumpido ni libre de errores.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, CodeMinds SpA no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni por pérdida de datos, ingresos o interrupciones derivadas del uso del Servicio o de acciones de plataformas de terceros (incluyendo sanciones o cambios de Twitch o Kick). El uso del Servicio es bajo tu propio riesgo.
10. Suspensión y terminación
Podemos suspender o cancelar el acceso al Servicio si incumples estos Términos o haces un uso abusivo. Tú puedes dejar de usar el Servicio y solicitar la eliminación de tu cuenta en cualquier momento escribiéndonos en nuestro servidor de Discord.
11. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Chile. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de Chile, sin perjuicio de los derechos que la ley reconozca a los consumidores.
12. Cambios en los Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página con su fecha. El uso continuado del Servicio tras los cambios implica su aceptación.

1. Service description
BoostBot is a tool for Twitch channels —and, optionally, Kick— offering, among other features: clip shoutouts, clip creation, a customisable OBS overlay, follower tracking, chat history and statistics, custom commands, automated messages, moderation, notifications and a web dashboard. Some features are free and others require support (see section 4).
2. Account and requirements
- To use the Service you must authorise your Twitch account and meet its minimum age and terms of service.
- You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must comply with the rules of Twitch, Kick, Discord, Spotify and any other platforms you integrate.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, defame, impersonate others or publish illegal or offensive content.
- Send spam, abuse commands, or attempt to overload, breach or circumvent the Service's security measures or limits.
- Access data of other users or channels without authorisation.
- Use the Service to infringe third-party rights or the terms of the integrated platforms.
- Reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
4. Support and PRO features
- Certain features (“PRO”) are enabled through paid plans per period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) purchased via PayPal.
- Plans are auto-renewing subscriptions: at the end of each period, PayPal charges the next one. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account; no further charges are made and PRO access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Each payment extends PRO validity according to the chosen plan. Support payments without a plan are equivalent to 1 month of PRO for every US$2.50 contributed.
- Founder accounts: those who supported the project before plans were introduced keep their PRO access with no expiry date.
- Unless applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Payment processing is carried out by PayPal under its own terms.
- We may change which features are included in PRO and the plan prices, giving notice where reasonable; price changes do not affect periods already paid for.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Twitch, Kick, Spotify, Discord, PayPal, among others). We are not responsible for the availability, changes, errors or policies of those platforms. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
6. Intellectual property
The software, the code, the dashboard design and the “BoostBot” brand belong to CodeMinds SpA and are protected by law. You are granted no rights over them beyond using the Service in accordance with these Terms. Content displayed through the Service (for example, clips, channel names or game categories) belongs to its respective owners.
7. Brands and overlay skins
The overlay's visual styles (“skins”) are inspired by general aesthetics and do not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any brand, game, studio or franchise. Twitch, Kick and the game brands mentioned belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for the content and brands you display on your stream.
8. Availability and beta
The Service may be in beta and is offered “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeMinds SpA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, revenue or interruptions arising from use of the Service or from actions of third-party platforms (including sanctions or changes by Twitch or Kick). Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel access to the Service if you breach these Terms or make abusive use of it. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by reaching us on our Discord server.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page along with its date. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.
